Season 3 food donation volunteer event will be taken place on 15 October 2022 (Sat), where all collected calories from July to September 2022, will be delivered to the beneficiary "YWAM Tuen Mun Hong Kong".  And be distributed to the people with needs in the Tuen Mum Community, we need your support, sign up now!

《Food Distribution Arrangements》

《Food Sorting Arrangements》

【Time】02:00pm - 05:00pm (Registration at 01:45pm)

《Epidemic Prevention and Vaccine Pass Requirements》

  1. Participants must use "LeaveHomeSafe" and Vaccine Pass to enter the center.

  2. Participants require to take a Rapid Covid Tests on the day of the event (15/10/2022), please send a photo to foodbank@ywamtuenmun.org. The email must indicate your full name in English and the test result, test date and time. YWAM reserves the right to refuse participation of participants if steps are not completed.

  3. Participants who have visited provinces / regions at high risk of the epidemics in the past 21 days before the event date (15/10/2022) are advised not to attend to ensure the health and safety of other participants and staff.

  4. To ensure the health and safety of other participants and staff, we will perform an infrared thermometer to measure the body temperature when the participants during registration. If the temperature is higher than normal (37 degrees Celsius), that participant please MUST drop out the event

  5. All participants MUST wear a mask to attend.

  6. Prepare for epidemic prevention, please bring disinfection and cleaning supplies to keep your hands clean (such as: alcohol hand sanitizer, disinfection wipes ..)

  7. Participants register and attend this event, which represents that he / she is voluntary, and are willing to bear all the responsibility. The organizers and other relevant agencies are not required to bear any responsibility or any property damage or loss, injury or death.

  8. In response to the instability situation relating to the coronavirus, we will pay high attention to the epidemic    situation.  If the epidemic continues to spread, we will consider canceling or changing the activity method, and announce the arrangement on 14 October afternoon.

《Bad Weather Arrangement》​

  1. On event day, if typhoon 8 or above typhoon signal, Amber / Red / Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the organizer(s) will make announcement on FOODSPORT Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/foodsport.hk) at least TWO (2) hours prior, to confirm the event status. Participants will NOT be informed individually on the event updates. Therefore, please stay tune with our Facebook Page.

  2. FOODSPORT will consider the event cancel which is according to the on-site situation and environment condition. Participants will NOT be informed individually on the event updates. Therefore, please stay tune with our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/foodsport.hk).

  3. In case of any dispute, FOODSPORT reserves the rights on all final decisions.

 

《Registration》

The online registration starts on 3 October 2022 (Mon, 1200nn) to 8 October 2022 (Sat, 1200nn) , the confirmed participants will receive the confirmation E-mail on 10 October 2022 before 3:00pm.
