Season 1 food donation volunteer event will be taken place on 16 April 2023 (Sun), where all collected calories from January to March 2023, will be delivered to the beneficiary "Christian Action’s Centre for Refugees".  And be distributed to the refugees with needs, we need your support, sign up now!​

In this FOODSPORT volunteer activity, in addition to helping food donations to the "Christian Action’s Centre for Refugees", the center will arrange a "Guided tour of Chungking Mansions" to take everyone to visit different shops and experience their culture.  Don't miss this opportunity!

《Epidemic Prevention and Vaccine Pass Requirements》

1. Participants who have visited provinces / regions at high risk of the epidemics in the past 14 days before the event date (16/4/2023) are advised not to attend to ensure the health and safety of other participants and staff.

2. To ensure the health and safety of other participants and staff, we will perform an infrared thermometer to measure the body temperature when the participants during registration. If the temperature is higher than normal (37 degrees Celsius), that participant please MUST drop out the event

3. Prepare for epidemic prevention, please bring disinfection and cleaning supplies to keep your hands clean (such as: alcohol hand sanitizer, disinfection wipes ..)

4. Participants register and attend this event, which represents that he / she is voluntary, and are willing to bear all the responsibility. The organizers and other relevant agencies are not required to bear any responsibility or any property damage or loss, injury or death.

5. In response to the instability situation relating to the coronavirus, we will pay high attention to the epidemic    situation.  If the epidemic continues to spread, we will consider canceling or changing the activity method, and announce the arrangement on 14 April afternoon.

《Bad Weather Arrangement》​

1. On event day, if typhoon 3 or above typhoon signal, Red / Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, the organizer(s) will make announcement on FOODSPORT Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/foodsport.hk) at least TWO (2) hours prior, to confirm the event status. Participants will NOT be informed individually on the event updates. Therefore, please stay tune with our Facebook Page.

2. FOODSPORT will consider the event cancel which is according to the on-site situation and environment condition.  Participants will NOT be informed individually on the event updates. Therefore, please stay tune with our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/foodsport.hk).

3. In case of any dispute, FOODSPORT reserves the rights on all final decisions.

 

《Registration》

The online registration starts on 25 March 2023 (Sat, 1200nn) to 31 March 2023 (Fri, 1200nn) , The notification of lottery result e-mail will be send to the participants on 3 April 2023 (Mon) before 3:00pm.
