1. Regardless of time and location, participants MUST use the sponsored electronic cordless skipping rope and skip within the event period.

2. Participants MUST use the sponsored "Electronic Skipping Rope" to track the exercise records. Other skipping tools WILL NOT be accepted.

3. Participants must take a photo of the skipping records every time. The photo must show the number of "JUMPS" and "CALORIES" clearly, and submit the photo to the "Web Portal" for FOODSPORT's approval. Remember to reset the counter before you start skipping again.

4. Unlimited record submissions. The more you skip and calories you burn, the more food will be donated for the hunger.

5. Those achieve to burn 2,000 Kcal or more will be rewarded a Sport Store Gift Voucher (Valued HK$50). ONE voucher per head.

6. Late submission or re-submission WILL NOT be accepted.

• Only those records successfully submitted within the event period will be accepted. Please ensure all uploads are your own record which does not contain copyright issues, third parties copyright, any obscene, defamatory or other illegal content. FOODSPORT reserve the right in their discretion to disqualify any submissions in the event of any false submissions.

• Each MUST use the Login ID and Password provided by FOODSPORT, to log into the "Web Portal" at record submission. FOODSPORT reserve the right in their discretion to disqualify any submissions in the event of any false submissions.

• Participants must only submit images and/or text content (“Content”) that is their original work and ensure that it contains no violation of any existing copyright or other third party right or any material of an obscene, indecent, libelous or otherwise unlawful nature. FOODSPORT reserve the right in their discretion to disqualify any submissions in the event of any false submissions.

• By participating in the event, you grant to FOODSPORT and its affiliates a perpetual, world-wide, sub-licensable, transferrable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works, display and otherwise use, in any way, in whole or in part, in any format or media, now existing or later developed, for any lawful purpose, the Content. You also grant permission to FOODSPORT and its affiliates to use, record, reproduce, distribute, publicize and display your image, photographic likeness, voice, appearances and / or performances in the Content in any format or media (now existing or later developed), as well as your name or other personal or private information that has been collected or processed in connection with your participation in the event, for any lawful purpose on a worldwide basis. You agree to release FOODSPORT and its affiliates and agents from any and all claims that relate to or arise from any use of your statements, name, image, photographic likeness, voice, appearance and / or performance as provided in this release and you waive the right of prior approval.

• Participant who are registered and joined this campaign means that he/she is willing to participate and is willing to take all responsibility. FOODSPORT shall not be liable for any loss, injury or death of the participants.
