[ MARKETING EXECUTIVE ]

 

THE JOB

 

  • To be responsible for participating in the FOODSPORT community programme execution and development

  • Organize, coordinate and implement sports & social service activities and events

  • To provide administrative support and assist in any ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

  • Liaise with different partners including corporates, NGOs, sports organizations, trainers, members, volunteers and other parties

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with officials, NGOs, volunteers and sponsors via attending marketing events; exploring opportunities to enhance relationship with current partners and coordinating visits of distinguished guests when necessary

  • Daily management and maintenance of FOODSPORT's social media and online campaigns

 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Form 5 or above

  • Passionate in sport and community services

  • Relevant experience in marketing / event management / sports event & program management / NGOs / Social Enterpise is an added advantage

  • Eager to learn with a can do attitude with entrepreneurial spirits is a must

  • Responsible, hard-working, detailed-oriented & independent with good communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work productively with multiple parties

  • Proficient in computer application including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing (Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, social media & website management is an added advantage)

  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

  • Willing to work overtime with tight schedule & occasionally working on Public Holiday is required

 

(Fresh Graduate is also welcomed)
