About the event
The "Ocean Bath" is a journey of self-healing and purification in the ocean. The gentle and vast healing power of nature's ocean can soothe uneasy emotions and cleanse negative energy.
FOODSPORT is excited to collaborate once again with SUPWAYHK to host the "Canoe Ocean Bath" event on July 11 (Saturday) morning! On that day, SUPWAYHK coaches will teach participants the basic skills of canoeing and essential safety measures on the water. Participants will then pair up in a two-person canoe to paddle through the Tai Po waters, weaving through the mangroves of Ting Kau and gaining insight into the ecological environment of the mangroves.
Our mindfulness instructor, Kelly Wong, will lead everyone in experiencing the ocean bath on the beach, helping participants cleanse their minds and souls while feeling the healing power of the ocean.
