“FOODSPORT Community Run” is a series of street running programs designed to burn calories while exploring the colorful districts of Hong Kong. Runners get to feel the city’s pulse while yielding calories for food for underprivileged groups in Hong Kong.

In addition to running, we also organize a variety of calorie-burning experiences for community members to partake in, such as kayaking, hiking, dragon boating, cycling, yoga, etc. Regardless of the activity, they will get your heart pumping while cultivating meaningful connections with other calorie donors.

To combat food insecurity and promote better health, we welcome individuals, organizations, and corporations to join our volunteer services. Through food distribution, share your love with those in need and positively contribute to the community.

“SPORTS 4 HOPE” is a program that supports vulnerable refugees, asylum seekers, and ethnic minorities (especially women) to improve their physical and mental health through wellness activities. The program provides opportunities to Heal from past challenges, Overcome barriers, foster a Positive mindset, and Empower themselves.  By embracing the spirit of HOPE, they are not only achieving personal growth but are engaging with the community and inspiring others with their resilience and determination in sports.

Foodsport Wednesday

“FOODSPORT WEDNESDAY” is our weekly recurring calorie drive, taking place virtually so all can participate, regardless of location. This program aims to inject some mid-week motivation for everyone to get active before the weekend. All you have to do is track your hard-earned calories and share the data on our one-of-a-kind online calorie drive platform. The campaign runs from Tuesdays at 1800 to Thursdays at 1800. Together, let’s liven up our weeks and make every drop of sweat count!
