FOODSPORT WEDNESDAY” is our weekly recurring calorie drive, taking place virtually so all can participate, regardless of location. This program aims to inject some mid-week motivation for everyone to get active before the weekend. All you have to do is track your hard-earned calories and share the data on our one-of-a-kind online calorie drive platform.

 

The campaign runs from Tuesdays at 1800 to Thursdays at 1800. Together, let’s liven up our weeks and make every drop of sweat count!

CALORIE CALCULATION METHOD

Use any type of calorie tracking device to help you to track your calorie burnt record during exercise

SUBMISSION RECORD METHOD

  1. Link to http://foodsportweek.foodsport.com.hk/

  2. Sign in your Facebook account or Enter your email address

  3. Click "LIKE" support FOODSPORT

  4. Enter data on calories burned (Note: There is an upper limit for the calorie record uploaded by each person. If the participant consumes more than the target value, the conference will use the upper limit of the calorie per person for calculation.)

  5. Select the type of exercise

  6. Upload your exercise and calorie records (jpg, png, jpeg) (Note: Please make sure that the photo clearly shows the calorie record for FOODSPORT reference. )

  7. Select ICON to have fun

  8. Write a message to share with FOODSPORT and friends the meaning and thoughts behind your participation in "FOODSPORT WEDNESDAY",

  9. And press the SHARE button to complete the whole procedure
